  • Represent the University to prospective students and their families primarily in out-of-state markets (including PA, NY, DE, MD, CT) promoting the Out-of-State Tuition Scholarship.
  • Attend college fairs/nights and make individual visits to high schools and County Colleges in primarily out-of-state markets during the fall and spring of each year.
  • Arrange and conduct individual interviews with students. Organize regional group information sessions for students, parents, and transfer counselors.
  • Work closely with other University admissions representatives to ensure appropriate coverage of college fairs/nights in the area.
  • Maintain phone, text and email contact with prospective students and provide appropriate follow-up activities as prospects progress from inquiry to enrollment.
  • Assist with admissions programs including Open House, special events and orientation and registration.
  • Perform other admissions-related tasks and duties as assigned by the Dean of Enrollment Management, Associate Dean of Enrollment Management or the Vice President for Student Affairs.
  • Demonstrate, through past accomplishments and actions, the ability to support Stockton University’s diversity commitment and strong student-centered vision and mission.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Must have valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree
  • Experience in college admissions, financial aid, high school counseling or teaching preferred
