Under the direction of the the Director of the Office ofContinuing Studies, supports the Assistant Director in the exploration of new program opportunities, implementation of new and current programs, and the assessment of the impact of program inititatives consistent with strategic program goals at the Atlantic City campus.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports work necessary for planning, development, review and implementation of Office of Continuing Studies efforts, special projects, and new program initiatives at the Atlantic City campus.
  • Develops techniquest for collecting data, which may include work measurement studies, surveys, sampling of opinion and experiences.
  • Supports special events/activites to further interest in the programming of the Office of Continuing Studies especially as it relates to programming in Atlantic City.
  • Prepares operational reports, memorandums, correspondence, and other documentation.
  • Represent the University and Office of Continuing Studies, when necessary, during exhibitions, conferences and other events
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 

Bachelor's degree preferred

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Organization and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of and/or connections to Atlantic City communities a plus

Experience with data collection and analysis preferred

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required
