Stockton University (Stockton or the University) seeks a visionary, collaborative, and forward-thinking leader to serve as the next Dean of the School of Health Sciences (the School). This is an exceptional opportunity for a collaborative and mission-driven individual to join a highly supportive university community in positioning the School as a key source of thought-leadership and talent within the broader health care sector. The new Dean will capitalize on Stockton's new School of Health Sciences Simulation Center, which is equipped with state-ofthe-art technology and resources such as a 40-seat simulation classroom, computerized human mannequins and an Anatomage 3D medical interactive table, to articulate a vision that aligns with the University's strategic plan, maximizes the academic programs, leads the School as it develops clinical programs, and builds external relationships and partnerships with health care leaders in the surrounding area and beyond.

The School of Health Sciences offers undergraduate and graduate degree programs in Health Sciences, Nursing, Exercise Science, Physical Therapy, Public Health, Communication Disorders, and Occupational Therapy. The School enrolls over 1,600 undergraduate and nearly 300 graduate students, and has a budget of $7.3 million, 44 full-time faculty, and 11 staff. As the chief academic and administrative officer for the School of Health Sciences, the Dean reports to the Provost and provides leadership to faculty, students, and staff. The Dean leads planning, accreditation, program development, fundraising, and administrative and personnel efforts to build and sustain excellence in the School's operations. The Dean works collaboratively with Stockton leadership, other administrators and deans, faculty, and staff to advance the University and the School. Additionally, the Dean is the School's primary representative and engages with external stakeholders to build visibility, reputation, collaborations, philanthropic support, and revenue.
