Under the supervision of the Director of the SRI&ETTC, the Professional Services Specialist 2, Admin NL assists in the fiscal and data management as well as other operational activities of the SRI&ETTC including the design and delivery of more than 500 program and events each year to support the professional development needs of preK-12 educators, and management of the SRI&ETTC’s membership consortium (currently 94 schools and agencies).

This is an in-person on campus, non-remote position.

  • Responsible for all fiscal and data processes to support program management, marketing, and reporting functions to university and school district consortium members, as well as non-members requesting program services.
  • Determine annual assessments for consortium members, request invoices, monitor payments, process billing for supplemental requests for services, and monitor membership usage throughout fiscal year.
  • Supervise all billing for services to non-member districts including individual registrations, custom requests for programming, and special project accounts.
  • Supervise preparation of all instructor service agreements and payments including university faculty and staff, and 3rd party vendors.
  • Prepare documentation to support requests to use sole source providers and bid waivers when required.
  • Supervise fiscal activities for all grant-funded projects and coordinate preparation of required reports with university offices when requested by funder.
  • Monitor program’s FY budgets and prepare quarterly analysis for program director.
  • Conduct required fiscal and data rollover activities required each fiscal year.
  • Train and supervise staff responsible for data entry related to fiscal and programmatic information.
  • Confer with school district representatives regarding fiscal or data management of their individual program accounts and prepare correspondence for consortium members of any opportunities or changes related to membership.
  • Ensure that historical and current fiscal and program data is accurate and accessible to team members for operational activities and decision-making and provide regular analysis to program staff.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Associate Director for Technology and Innovation, and the Director of the SRI&ETTC.

  • Ability to develop data collection systems, and maintain and analyze data related to program management
  • Proficiency in pertinent technology/software that supports financial management needs essential to program and university collaboration (e.g., Banner, Access, SQL, Microsoft Office)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in business, computer science, data, or related field.
  • Management experience.


  • Applicants who do not possess the required education may substitute experience on a year for year basis.
  • A Master's degree may be substituted for one (1) year of the required experience.
  • A Ph.D or Ed.D degree may be substituted for two (2) years of the required experience.
