Stockton University is seeking a motivated individual with specific interest and experience in the field of esports. Reporting to the Information Security Officer, the incumbent will assist in the day to day operations of esports and will assist with specific initiatives focusing on the development of the esports program at Stockton University.

The Student Worker Esports Student Assistant is an in-person on campus, non-remote position.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to managing team rosters, assisting with tournament operations for competitive leagues, and assisting in the setup and breakdown of technology to support events and other esports related initiatives.

Specific duties/responsibilities include:

  • Manage ECAC and other competitive team rosters.
  • Deploy/use technology both locally and remotely to support esports operations.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of projects and special events.
  • Aggregate statistics related to engagement (community and competitive).
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Ability to manage time effectively.
  • Ability to work with a diverse population and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Must have the ability to lift 25 lbs. and possess a valid NJ driver’s license.

Candidates must be currently enrolled at Stockton University during the time of employment.
