This is an in-person on campus, non-remote position.

As a condition of employment, you are required to provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination prior to your start date. Vaccination cards should be submitted to hr-medrec@stockton.edu.  If you are unable to be vaccinated against COVID-19 for medical or religious reasons, or reasons related to a current pregnancy, you may submit a waiver request.  If you are approved for an exemption from the COVID-19 vaccination requirement, you will be required to wear a mask while indoors on campus when you cannot be socially distanced, and you will be required to be tested for COVID-19 by the University on a regular schedule.

lndividual will oversee reception functions for site, assist faculty and students with printing and general technology needs, collect data as needed and assist with reports, web site updates and the creation of flyers and social media posts as needed. Flexible scheduling neccessary; morning/afternoon and afternoon/evening shifts available. Occasional weekend hours may be needed. Hours are subject to change due to course and program scheduling needs and semester breaks. 

  • Provide operational and reception support, including assisting with opening and closing of building .
  • Assist faculty, staff and students with basic office needs and general technology troubleshooting. 
  • Assist with logistics related to courses, events and meetings.
  • Provide general information to guests and handle phone and email inquiries .
  • Represent Stockton Manahawkin at University-wide programs, events, workshops and community events .
  • Assists with documenting activity and collecting data and prepare printed materials and reports as needed.
  • Support Stockton University’s diversity commitment and strong student-centered vision and mission
  • This position will require an individual who possesses excellent customer service skills.
  • Experience working in an office and/or with events.
  • Knowledge of microsoft office and basic technology is required.
