The Division of Facilities and Operations is responsible for more than 75 buildings on a 1,600-acre academic campus. We are looking to hire a Student Worker to assist with our daily administrative responsibilities.

The division is comprised of six primary departments: Campus Public Safety, Energy Management, Facilities Planning & Construction, Facilities Management & Plant Operations, Facilities Administration & Real Estate, and Environment/Health/Safety that work together to manage the development and maintenance of our various campuses.

This is an in-person on campus, non-remote position.

  • Assist staff in general office work
  • Sort, log and distribute the mail
  • File various types of documents such as contracts, certified payroll and invoices
  • Type, copy, scan and proofread various documents
  • Answer phones, transfer calls and take messages
  • Post Project Alerts and Traffic Advisories to the department website
  • Organize and manage the supply closet
  • Other Duties as Assigned

Our office, building 70, is located next to the Campus Police Station.  We are the first left off the Vera King Farris Drive / Pomona Road intersection. There is ample parking. 

  • Must be enrolled as a Stockton University undergraduate student
  • Must be in good academic and judicial standing
  • Must maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5

  • Organized / Attention to detail
  • Proactive / Effective multi-tasking
