The Office of Admissions at Stockton University is seeking a Admissions Operations Specialist (PSS4) position to support the operation and technical support needs of both undergraduate and graduate admissions. This position will report directly to the Associate Director of Admissions Operations and will collaborate with a highly talented team to perform the essential technical functions of the admissions office, a fast-paced work environment.

Successful candidates will be required to show proof of their COVID-19 vaccine status prior to their start date. Religious or Medical waivers may be requested at the time of employment offer.

This is an in-person on campus, non-remote position.

  • Develops scripts, workflows, software procedures, and documentation regarding Admissions Operations
  • Assist with troubleshooting technology, across multiple software and database systems, to assist internal staff and campus partners
  • Assist at undergraduate and graduate admissions-related events including Open House
  • programs, orientation & registration, and our admitted student’s day
  • Consult with supervisor to discuss application errors, common application mapping setup for future cycles, data inconsistencies and other CRM and/or Banner discrepancies and effect resolutions as necessary, while also finding ways to enhance the technical processes
  • Import Common Applications and ensure that all data received is clean and accurate with the proper established connections across multiple entities within CRM
  • Prepare clear, accurate, and informative reports containing divisional progress toward established University enrollment goals and decontaminate to Enrollment Management Team
  • Process general admit reconciliation tasks from decisions made in the CRM by updating the appropriate fields in Banner and CRM for both undergraduate and graduate admissions
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive understanding of Technolutions CRM Slate administrative tasks including creating users, roles, teams, dashboards, reports, rules, tasks and events
  • Review potential duplicate persons in CRM, determine and effect resolution as necessary
  • Assist with the maintenance of proper student and applicant coding in Banner
  • Other duties as assigned

This position requires occasional weekend or evenings required to support University and School programs such as Open House or other major events

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • 1-2 years’ experience in computer services, information systems, data science or working with customer relationship systems (CRM)
  • Ability to learn new technologies and software packages to support University operational needs
  • Experience in developing scripts, workflows, software procedures, and documentation for operations
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to work both independently, and as part of a team, on a strict timeline to achieve specific goals
  • Ability to assume responsibility for multiple tasks and organize time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to troubleshoot technology to assist internal staff and campus partners pplicants who do not possess the required education MAY substitute experience on a year for year basis
  • Applicants who possess an associate degree may substitute two (2) years of position-related experience for the remaining two (2) years of education
